Hi, I’m Erin.

I’m a marketing and analytics professional with over a decade of experience transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategy and measurable results. My work sits at the intersection of analytics, creativity, and storytelling and I believe data and research only create value when they’re thoughtfully interpreted and clearly communicated.

I call Charlotte home, though metro Detroit raised me. From an early age, curiosity shaped how I approached the world, whether that meant getting lost in books, strategizing my way through The Oregon Trail, or (occasionally) climbing onto the roof “for research purposes.” I belong to the last generation that grew up alongside the early days of the internet, before cell phones became an ever-present constant; an experience that shaped both how I learn and how I communicate.

I attended Walsh College , earning my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2013 and later completing my MBA with a specialization in Marketing in 2016. Early in my career, I joined Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in Auburn Hills as an Administrative Assistant - an experience that sharpened my operational mindset and appreciation for well-structured systems.

Driven to do more strategic, insight-led work, I transitioned into analytics roles in Charlotte, North Carolina. From 2015 to 2018, I worked in digital advertising and data analytics at Raycom Media, where I partnered with media, sales, and operations teams to analyze performance, forecast trends, and improve campaign optimization across programmatic and digital platforms. Moving to Charlotte by myself was intimidating, but it's also what propelled me forward into my career, gifted me self-reliance, and taught me the true meaning of "bless your heart." Since joining Eaton Corporation in 2019, my career has continued to evolve, most recently as a Lead Marketing Analyst and now as a Channel Pricing Manager. In these roles, I’ve led analytics initiatives, partnered closely with pricing, customer experience, and marketing leaders, and helped scale Power BI adoption through governance, training, and storytelling. The work has challenged me to think bigger, embrace bold strategies, and translate complex data into decisions leaders can trust.

I've learned from my failures, and stay humble in my success. I don't claim to have all the answers and I still have a lot to learn, but I'm doing my best to soak up all the knowledge I can along the way.

In my free time, I enjoy creative projects, traveling, and spending time with my husband and our daughter, Pippa. Not to mention some leisurely front-end dev.

Thanks for stopping by!
